Datrue uses this information to analyze trends and to measure the number of visitors to our sites.

Use of Cookies
Datrue’s Website uses “Cookies”. A cookie is a small data file that Web sites often store on your computer’s hard drive when you visit their sites. A cookie may contain information (such as a unique user ID), that is used to track the pages of the sites you’ve visited. Note that a Cookie does not contain any Personal Information. Datrue will use this tracked information to analyze trends, to measure the number of visitors to our sites and to help make our Website easier to use and navigate. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but if you do, you might not be able to take full advantage of our website.

Remote Desktop Support
Datrue or our Remote Desktop Support solutions do not install any permanent software on your computer(s). The only time we have access to any data is when you allow us to connect via remote sessions. We will not transfer any client data to our systems, servers or desktops unless specifically authorized and required for trouble shooting or analysis purposes. When a remote session is terminated our support software is completely removed from client equipment and a complete log file of all activity is recorded in our system for audit.

Bomgar Centralized, Pre-Hardened Appliance
The Desktop Support Solution used by Datrue is deployed within our own network, giving us complete, centralized control over all remote support activity. Data is routed and stored centrally over standard ports, enabling effective auditing. Keeping this service in-house prevents third-party tampering, limiting your organization’s circle of liability. This architecture enables secure support of end-users both over the internet and within secure closed networks.

Strong Cryptography
In addition to using SSL data encryption, our Bomgar Support Solution is the only remote support provider to offer a solution that’s been fully FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standards Publications) 140-2 Level 2 certified for both software and hardware elements.

Datrue may amend this privacy statement from time to time by posting the new text on its websites. Unless otherwise provided, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Once any changes that we make to this privacy statement become effective, your continued use of Datrue websites or services after such time will signify your acceptance of the new terms.
