I am writing this letter to you to explain how helpful Mark Freeman has been to our bank. To make a long story short, we have had to rebuild every aspect of our atm operation for our bank. Mark has been instrumental with helping us getting the atms back on track. We have had numerous repairs (three new dispensers), calls (to many to keep track), and service calls (Curt and Donovan have been great). Every step along the way, Mark has been there to help guide us and has gone over and above my expectation every time I call him. I don't know where the bank would be without his help with these atms. I wanted to send this letter to you to let you know my sincere appreciation towards the job he has done.
When we were looking for a vendor to take over the sales and maintenance on our ATMs, the priority factor was dependable and thorough service, followed by equipment dependability and cost. We chose Datrue because of the quality of both their sales and service staff, and we have not been disappointed. They took over our program during an EFT program conversion, and they handled every aspect knowledgeably and quickly; they were a great resource in communicating with the EFT vendor, and they saved us several thousand dollars in conversion costs in the process. They installed 4 new ATMs, converted 6 existing machines, and had it all completed within a very short timeframe.
We continue to be very pleased with their service and responsiveness, they are always professional and friendly, and you always get a person on the phone or a quick response to an e-mail. I believe that they have one of the highest service levels of any of the different vendors that we deal with, and my only regret is that we didn't move to Datrue sooner.
